Standards Processes Manual Revisions to Implement SPIG Recommendations

Status:
The proposed revisions to the NERC Standards Processes Manual (SPM) were approved by the NERC Board of Trustees at its February 2013 meeting and will be filed with applicable regulatory authorities.

Purpose/Industry Need:
Revise NERC’s Standard Processes to make efficient use of NERC and industry resources to develop, in a timely manner, high-quality standards that address existing and emerging reliability needs.
