IRO-002-3, IRO-005-4, and IRO-014-2 were adopted by the NERC Board of Trustees on August 4, 2011 and filed for regulatory approval.
IRO-001-3 was adopted by the NERC Board of Trustees on August 16, 2012 and filed for regulatory approval.
COM-001-2 was adopted by the NERC Board of Trustees on November 7, 2012 and filed for regulatory approval.
COM-002-3 was adopted by the NERC Board of Trustees on November 7, 2012. COM-002-3 was withdrawn and superseded by COM-002-4 under Project 2007-02 – Operating Personnel Communication Protocols.


Purpose/Industry Need:
To ensure that the reliability-related requirements applicable to the Reliability Coordinator are clear, measurable, unique and enforceable; and to ensure that this set of requirements is sufficient to maintain reliability of the Bulk Electric System.
