The GADS Solar Data Reporting Instructions have been developed to assist solar plant personnel to report information to NERC's GADS Solar application. The instructions detail the procedures, schedule, and required information. Solar plants with a Total Installed Capacity of 20 MW or greater with a commissioning data of January 1, 2010 or later are required to report on a quarterly basis according to the following phased-in schedule:
· January 1, 2024: Mandatory reporting
begins for plants with a Total Installed Capacity of 100 MW or more
· January 1, 2025: Mandatory reporting
begins for plants with a Total Installed Capacity of 20 MW or more
