Weighted Resource Equivalent Forced Outage Rate - WREFOR
WREFOR measures the probability that a group of subgroups will not meet their generating requirements because of Forced downtime when needed for load. The weighting gives larger subgroups more impact to the metric than smaller subgroups. This is equivalent to WEFOR in Conventional Generation.
