The Performance Analysis Subcommittee (PAS) will review, assess, and report the state of reliability of the North American bulk power system (BPS) based on historic performance. The key findings and recommendations will serve as technical input to NERC, FERC, and industry reliability activities. The PAS will assess available performance metrics, develop any necessary guidelines and protocols for determining new metrics, and develop appropriate reliability performance benchmarks in support of the NERC Reliability Assessment and Performance Analysis program.
